2025 PARK VISITOR STUDY. The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for the following services: 2025 Park Visitor Study. The Park Visitor Study is a research initiative conducted to gather comprehensive data on visitors to regional parks and trails through intercept survey methods. Proposals are due by Nov. 6, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. See the project advertisement additional details.

AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued on behalf of the Koochiching County Board and International Falls City Council. The County/City is seeking Airport Consulting Services for strategic planning related to financial/operational performance and Airport ownership. The Falls International Airport is owned by the County and the City under a joint power agreement and operated by an Airport Commission made up of appointed City and County representatives. The City serves as the Airports fiscal agent and expenses are paid through County and City fund contributions, State and Federal Grants and by revenues generated by the rentals, fees and charges established. The RFP may be obtained at the City’s website or electronically by emailing [email protected]. Proposals are due by 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2024.

AUDITING SERVICES. The City of Gilman is accepting proposals to provide auditing services of the City’s financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, 2025, 2026 as outlined in the Request for Proposals document available at the City of Gilman, City Hall, 10371 Golden Spike Rd NE, Foley, MN 56329. The firm will provide services in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and government auditing standards. The City of Crookston is accepting proposals to provide auditing services for the City’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, as outlined in the Request for Proposals document available at the Crookston City Hall, 124 N Broadway, Crookston, MN 56716. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United Statesas well as the provisions of the Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide for Local Government and requirements of the Office of State Auditor. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2024.

AUDITING SERVICES. The City of Landfall Village is accepting proposals to provide auditing services of the City’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 & 2028 as outlined in the Request for Proposals document available at the City of Landfall Village, City Hall, One 4th Avenue, Landfall, MN 55128.  The firm will provide services in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and government auditing standards. Proposals are due by 12 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2024.

The City of Bemidji is accepting proposals to provide auditing services of the City’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 as outlined in the Request for Proposals document available at the Bemidji City Hall, 317 4th Street NW, Bemidji, MN 56601. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, as well as the provisions of the Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide for Local Government and requirements of the Office of State Auditor. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2024.

AUDITING SERVICES. Pursuant to MSA 103B.227, Subdivision 5, the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization (LRRWMO) hereby solicits interest proposals for audit services for the fiscal year 2024.  In late March or early April of 2025, the LRRWMO will require an audit of its fiscal year end operations.  The LRRWMO uses Quickbooks accounting software for processing its’ financial transactions.  There are no employees, only contracted services.  Total revenues and expenditures are less than $200,000 annually. Written or PDF proposals (three copies) setting forth the experience of the individuals who would be interested in performing professional services for the LRRWMO should be sent to: The Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization, 2015 First Avenue, Anoka, MN 55303. The City of Henning is accepting proposals to provide auditing services for the City’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, as outlined in the Request for Proposals document available at the Henning City Hall, 612 Front Street Henning, MN 56551. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United Statesas well as the provisions of the Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide for Local Government and requirements of the Office of State Auditor. CITY ATTORNEY. The City of Zumbrota is accepting proposal for City Attorney services. We are a community of around 4,000 citizens, the services requested are those legal services that are generally understood within the field of municipal law to fall within the category of “general counsel” work. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT. The city of Kimball is soliciting responses to an RFP to Update the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan. COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION. The Roseville Police Department is accepting proposals to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Roseville Police Department’s resource allocation and operational efficiency. This study will evaluate the department’s current staffing levels, distribution, and deployment practices to ensure personnel and practices are aligned effectively with operational demands and performance, and community needs. FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDER. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District is seeking proposals for a facility management services organization to assist in the operation of its 13,000 square foot office (and grounds). The purpose of the RFP is to identify a facilities service provider with experience in providing consolidation of vendor responsibilities, continuity in operational processes and procedures relating to building operations, asset management and capital project planning with the goal to reduce facility operations maintenance and repair costs, while at the same time maintaining or enhancing service quality. HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. The City of Foley is soliciting responses to an RFP for the design, financing, and construction of single-family and multi-family housing on city-owned land located in Foley. Financial incentives to assist with the development of this project are available. LEGAL COUNSEL. The Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization (VLAWMO) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional legal counsel services on an “as needed” basis for 2025 and 2026. The VLAWMO Board is seeking a renewal of legal counsel services to address a continued need. VLAWMO will select a firm based on experience, technical capacity, billing rate, responsiveness and the scope of services listed here: stormwater management, public drainage, & utility issues; contract & agreement review; legal boundary updates; Wetland Conservation Act appeals; enforcement action; and Joint Powers Agreement updates, as requested. REDEVELOPMENT. The City of Pine City is seeking proposals from developers interested in purchasing and redeveloping a 1.55-acre site at 315 Main Street South in downtown Pine City. REDEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The City of Hopkins/Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is soliciting proposals for development on 4 City-owned sites in downtown Hopkins. Developers may submit a proposal for one site or multiple sites. REDEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The City of North St. Paul is seeking proposals from qualified local developers for the Margaret Street Commons redevelopment site. The proposals should include the design, financing, and construction of a multi-family mixed-use development. SPACE NEEDS STUDY. The City of Hutchinson is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Space Needs Study for the Hutchinson City Center. This study aims to evaluate current and future space requirements, assess existing facility and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and provide recommendations for optimizing city operations.
